A piece that started as an emotional sketch that eventually turned into this final painting. Through the use of lighting and textures, I wanted this piece to be jarring and provocative, yet beautiful; serene. The love she wants to give is pure and gentle, but, you can see her desperation and exhaustion from the many "taste tests" she has provided.
